Today I did my personal trainer workout. He added a few more exercises to my routine. Feeling great getting these workouts in and some volleyball.
I also had my Dr. appointment checkup. My blood test result were in. I am no longer pre-diabetic. My A1c was 5.6% which is in the normal range. Everything else was normal and looking good. Blood pressure great, heart rate great…awesome!
This is so exciting. I am so thankful for my low carb way of eating and my ketone drink. Diabetes is no joke. My husband has it, so I know how hard it is and how much damage it does to your body. I am so glad he has joined my on the low carb high fat WOE journey. He has lost 6 lbs so far. Yeah!
