I’m so excited. Intermittent fasting rocks! I am feeling great. I’m fitting in smaller clothes. My plateau is busted…yeah! I’m down in the 250s…I haven’t been here for years.

Found a great deal on hamburger at Winco. $1.78 for a 1 lb chub. I bought 6. 🙂

They announced a new flavor for my ketone drink…Swiss Cacao. They say it tastes really good…smooth milk chocolaty goodness. They released a limited supply and I am able to get a few 5-day experience packs for $30 each. Let me know if you want to try one.
