Day 497: Low Carb Plateau | Tracking Macros With MyFitnessPal
Don’t let a pesky plateau throw you off the low carb wagon. I’m committing to sticking with logging my daily food using MyFitnessPal so I can make sure I am eating enough and/or not too much. With the intermittent fasting I do I only have an 8 hour eating window each day and sometimes I don’t get enough food in.
