Day 191: Sticking To Low Carb When Finances Are Low
It has been a while again. I am having some sort of mental block with getting my updates done. I am going to stop that right now! 🙂
Some low carb quick items you can have on hand when finances are getting low:
- Turkey lunch meat
- cheese (slice your own)
- eggs
- olives
- dill pickles
- sugar free jello
- hot dogs
- chicken chunks
- bulk peanuts
- tuna and mayo
- salad with ranch/mayo/full fat dressing
- hamburger patties with cheese and mayo
- hamburger fried into taco meat over salad with cheese and sour cream
