Cinnabon Pork Rinds | Low Carb Recipe
I thought of this after seeing a recipe for cinnamon toast crunch pork rinds. It is super easy and a great sweet treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Butter (0g carb)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (0.7g carb)
- 1/4 packet Stevia or other Sugar Substitute (0g carb)
- 1/2 cup Pork Rinds (0g carb)
Directions:
Put the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 10-15 seconds until melted. Add cinnamon and stevia to butter and mix. Break up pork rinds into smaller pieces and add to butter mixture. Stir until pork rinds are evenly covered.
You can add more cinnamon and/ stevia to your taste.
