Day 157: Weigh In Day | Get Rid Of Those Chicken Wings Exercise
Today is Monday and that means weigh in day. I weighed in at 271.6. That is up .4 lb since last week. I’m not discouraged. I know that weight fluctuates and you should never weigh every day. It is too depressing. I was hoping to be in the 60s, but that’s OK. I am making progress every day. My clothes are looser, I am feeling so much better and I will get there.
I started doing some exercises to tone up my chicken wings…I show you how easy. The key is to be consistent.
