Day 159: Still Hot Out | Still Getting Some Exercise | Still Love Low Carb Lifestyle
Today was another hot day. It is supposed to get hotter and hotter each day until Friday we are looking for 110 degrees….OUCH!
Still keeping up with the flabby arm/chicken wing exercises. 🙂
