Day 299: Melting Snow | Sticking To Your Lifestyle Change
We still have a lot of snow. The rain is helping it melt but it is melting slower than I thought it would.
It is about a week into the new year. If you are continuing a lifestyle change or starting a new one, you can do it! Just keep reminding yourself the reason why you started and keep going. It is so worth it.
