Day 64: Back To Basics | Low Carb Cauliflower Breadsticks
Today I decided to go back to the basics of low carb eating. More preparing good meals at home and I am really going to limit the Atkins bar goodies to only every once in a while.
So, today I made my first attempt at Low Carb Cauliflower breadsticks. They look awesome and taste good, but they are not that firm. The recipe I used seems to not cook it long enough. I found another recipe I am going to try next. The cauliflower rice is cooked in the microwave and there are more eggs and cheese in the mix. Also the cooking time is longer and she swears they will not be soggy. I can’t wait to try it. 🙂
