Day 66: Today’s Weigh In | My First Bike Ride In Years
I got my butt on my bike and did a little ride. My legs feel like jello….awesome! It has been a while since I did exercise that made me feel that. It’s Monday…aka weigh in day! I am down to 292.2 pounds. That is 1.4 lbs down since last week and 19.6 lbs total…so close to 20 lbs.
