Day 3: Down 4 Pounds And Feeling Awesome With My New Low Carb Eating
Today is day 3 of my videos and day 4 of my low carb diet eating and I couldn’t help but get on the scale. I have lost 4 lbs…WOO HOO! My appetite is way down and sometimes I have to force myself to eat because I have hunger pains. Definitely feeling much better.

Hi Amber, I highly recommend the low carb high fat diet. I am part of a community that has a lot of recipes and help.
