Today was another great day with my new keto lifestyle of low carb eating. I feel good and I don’t have a lot of cravings. I find I am really not snacking much so I do get hunger pains and I know it is time to eat.
Sometimes I do forget I am keto eating, out of habit, and I will think, “let me have a drink of that coke,” then I think “wait, I can’t drink that.” It isn’t that I really want it I am just used to drinking it.
Another thing I find the farther along I get, the more and more I absolutely don’t want to eat something high in carbs. I don’t want to have to start over or take steps back…HELL NO!
I have a little tip for those that have a sweet tooth–whipping cream! A few squirts is all you need. 🙂
