Oops! I lost 100 days there in my intro. It is day 441. 🙂
Met with my personal trainer today. He changed it up a bit. I am now doing 3 sets of 10 reps at a higher weight instead of 3 sets of 15 reps at a lower weight. I could really feel the burn pushing through the last reps. Felt good. We also got our treadmill out so I can use it for 5 minutes or so when I get up every hour to stretch and get get the blood moving.
So excited my husband and daughter are getting back on the low carb train. Yeah! It is so much easier when we are all on it and it is cheaper and easier to shop when we are not buying all the high carb food and snacks.
