It is getting all Springy out there. 🙂

I’m looking forward to starting the Lose It program at the YMCA. I will get to meet with a personal trainer to setup an exercise plan. Very excited to see how adding some weight training helps with getting in shape and losing weight. My ketone drink has really helped with losing fat and preserving muscle so far. I am much skinnier now than I was at the same weight before. It really helps athletes with getting fuel and energy to the muscles.

We took our first trip to the YMCA to use the pool. It was a lot of fun and a great workout.
