Day 75: Low Carb Keto Lifestyle Update
I had another really good day. I managed to get my 10 minute exercises spurts in throughout the day. It was the last day of my cooking, get healthy class so we got our final gift item. 🙂
I started using MyFitnessPal to track the food I eat daily to make sure I am getting the right amounts of fat, protein and carbs. This can help if your weight loss stalls.
