I weighed today and I am at 306 lbs. That is down 5 pounds in about a week. I am very excited. Another great day. I am feeling good and not even a thought of cheating. I want to get healthy way more than I want to eat candy or bread.
Today I made some sugar free jello. Easy, cheap and great when you need something sweet. Tomorrow I am going to try a recipe for an ice cream substitute that is high in fat. They call those fat bombs. I need to add more fat to my diet. I am supposed to eat around 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs.
