Day 230: Keto/Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Fat Bombs
Today we made delicious taco soup and I made my first batch of low carb pumpkin spice fat bombs. WOW! They are sooo good and will help me to have a sweet treat with all the Halloween candy and holidays coming up. Fat bombs are also great to get the extra fat in for the day.

Keto/Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Fat Bombs Recipe
Pumpkin Spice Fat Bombs (24 servings)
- 12 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Pure Pumpkin
- 2 tsp Swerve (or Stevia)
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup crushed cashew or nut of choice
- Melt butter and oil together (30 seconds in microwave)
- Mix with a fork
- Add in Pumpkin and mix until smooth
- Add in your sweeteners and spices
- Pour into mold and add nuts on top
- Freeze for about 40 minutes
- Pop them out of the mold and store in zip lock bag in freezer
